I didn’t watch the Miss USA pageant this last Sunday, but if I had, I would have seen one gorgeous woman (Miss Tennessee Rachel Smith, to be precise) winning the crown from drunk girl Tara Connor. Rachel Smith has some incredible body, and those nice, flat abs don’t hurt, either. Long live Miss USA! (P.S. I have no idea if Miss USA is the same as Miss America; but if they’re different, and Miss USA has Rachel Smith, then I’ll take Miss USA over Miss America any day! Of course, I reserve the right to change my mind if Miss America turns out to be ultra hot, too.)

Besides doing one of those entertainment TV shows (I really don’t remember which one, but I think it might be for the E! channel, or maybe it’s Entertainment Tonight — well, one of those), the lovely Vanessa Minnillo also co-hosts MTV’s TRL, which I haven’t seen in, oh, 10 years or so. Anyways, she’s currently dating Jessica Simpson’s ex, Nick Lachey, and she’s currently on the cover of Shape Magazine in a bikini showing off an amazing body. Word is (according to the magazine) she got those abs by herself without a trainer. I’m impressed!

I don’t know who Kirsten Bolm is, but man, those are some fantastic abs! Here’s more about her from Wikipedia: “Kirsten Bolm (born 4 March 1975 in Köln) is a German hurdler. Her personal best is 12.59 seconds, achieved in July 2005 in the Crystal Palace Grand Prix at the Crystal Palace National Sports Centre.” Well, okay, that’s not exactly a whole lot more about her, but these pictures of Kirsten and her abs should speak for themselves.

Emmanuelle Chriqui is one of those actresses who will probably never get over the fact that she’s got a gosh darn cute face. I mean, she can be as sexy as she wants (though I’m sure she’ll never get too sexy), but she’ll always be known as the girl from Canada with the really pretty girl-next-door good looks. But here she is in a photoshoot giving us a little sneak peak at a nice midsection. Those abs aren’t a six-pack, but on a woman like Emmanuelle, they shouldn’t be. Sometimes this nicely defined look is best.

Okay, folks, we’re going back a little ways now. Allllllll the way back to the year 2000, when that Godawful movie “The Beach” starring Leonardo Dicaprio came out. It was a pointless and stupid movie, but there was one benefit to its existence: Jennifer Love Hewitt attended the movie’s red carpet premiere and she was wearing this awesome ensemble that showed off her midsection and gorgeous abs. Jennifer Love Hewitt herself is easy on the eyes, but add in the stellar abs, and we’re talking about Jennifer Love Hewitt heaven, baby! (Can’t say I’m crazy about the hair, though…)
