I’m not entirely sure if I approve of Alyssa Milano’s tattoo fixation, but I know that I absolutely approve of her super hot physique. She has the perfect combination of toned body and fabulous abs, all within the comforts of her body type. I.e. she’s not overly big, but she is most definitely overly sexy as heck. And did I mention that those are some really nice abs she has? “Who’s the boss?” Alyssa Milano’s abs, that’s who! (Or should I say what…)

It’s not enough that Canadian babe Elisha Cuthbert is a TV star on a juggernaut of a TV show (Fox’s “24″), but she’s also got a thriving movie career to boot (”Girl Next Door”). Then you add a rocking body and some “getting there” abs (not quite there yet, but they can get there if she works on it), and you got as close to perfection as you can get. My one complaint? Although she looks good as a blond, the dark eyebrows really make it obvious she’s not a natural blond. I don’t like the clashing, but that’s a small complaint.

Don’t be surprise if you don’t know who Sasha Alexander is. She’s an actress who was on CBS’ “Navy NCIS” before she wanted out, which resulted in her character getting shot in the head by a sniper (ouch). Since the show, Sasha Alexander has appeared in “Mission: Impossible 3″, but otherwise, I miss her on the show. Then again, it’s not like she was showing off this killer body on the show, which is a crying shame. Hot girls on cop shows never seem to show off their perfectly sculpted abs. Oh well, at least now we have this site to fill you in on what TV won’t show you!

The appropriately named Charisma Carpenter is definitely a very charismatic woman. That is, if your entire criteria is how she looks in a two-piece bikini, in which case Charisma Carpenter is the ultimate charismatic woman. To be sure, Charisma doesn’t always look her best, abs-wised, but that can be excused because she had a baby, and baby fat tends to linger, even in really hot women. But as you can see, Charisma Carpenter has it going on, and baby or not, that body is totally rockin’.

I’m not entirely sure if these pictures of Liv Tyler in Figaro magazine are new or old ones, but man, she sure is showing off some incredible abs, especially considering how Liv has, shall we say, “blown up” since giving birth post-”Lord of the Rings” movies. If these pictures are new, then Liv has certainly hit the gym — and hard to get that figure back. The face is still as sexy as ever, but that stomach… Brilliant!

“Ultraviolet” star Milla Jovovich has got some crazy abs — which is a good thing. The former model turned actress has done some good work for genre fans in the zombie series “Resident Evil”, and her last movie, “Ultraviolet”, was all kinds of kick ass. Plus, she wore those clothes that soooo showed off her killer abs. Hey, as the saying goes, if you got it, flaunt it, baby!

I must admit, I’m not a very big fan of Paris Hilton, but then again, who is (besides Paris Hilton and her parents, I mean). The woman seems to be famous for the sake of being famous, and it’s hilarious how she’s done just about everything, and none of it well. Did you see that sex tape? Lousy. Did you see “House of Wax”? The best moment was her character’s death scene. And did you hear her album? Oops, what am I saying. No one has heard her album. So I was very surprised when I saw this picture of Paris Hilton on the beach showing some nice abs. When did she have time to work out in-between the crappy singing, crapping acting, and 24-7 job of posing for paparazzi cameras? I ain’t complaining, though!

What’s this? More Nell “the Body” McAndrew and her fabulous abs? Why, yes!

The funniest thing about Nell McAndrew is that she is really famous in England, but most Americans have no idea who she is. What makes that “funny” is that Nell is actually American, but she didn’t find fame until she went Across the Pond (as the saying goes) and started modeling over there. What a body, huh? Those abs are just incredible. In many ways, Nell kind of reminds me of Jessica Biel, who hasn’t really shown abs, but I think everyone knows she has them in spades. They have the same tight, hardbody that men go nuts for.

I will grant you that Jillian Barberie can be pretty frakkin’ annoying. As in, I sometimes can’t stand the woman. But damn, does she have a rockin’ body or what? And those abs! Man, this woman works out! Okay, so she’s allowed to be all nutty and stupid on TV as long as she keeps flashing that hot bod and those fabulous abs. Jillian Barberie, you may be annoying as hell, but you’re hot!
