Hey, you don’t survive and win a show like “Survivor” without having some skills. After all, there are all those challenges, all that living in a hut and eating bugs and stuff, and … oh who am I kidding. I’ve never seen the show. Sorry, but the idea of “roughing it” while an army of cameramen and producers are just standing in the background is kind of ridiculous in my opinion. What isn’t ridiculous, though, is Parvati Shallow and her gorgeous abs. Check out the former “Survivor” winner at a recent beach trip.

You might never have heard of Michelle Hunziker, but Europeans probably have. She’s a Swiss actress, model, singer and a television personality who has appeared on Italian and German television. She’s a pretty big star over there, which probably explains why she has to come to America to slip on the bikini. No one knows who she is here, and honestly, if she wanted to change that, she could. That is one fine looking woman. And to top it off, she’s a mother, too, but that hasn’t stopped her from sporting a gorgeous bikini body complete with some awesome abs.

The beautiful Kelly Overton can be seen in the upcoming “Tekken” live-action movie. You know, the movie based on the fighting game that you probably played all day at the local corner store back in the ’80s and ’90s? Yeah, that one. She’s got quite the resume that goes beyond acting, but that’s for another day. Looks like she really went to the gym for “Tekken”, too, as you can tell the difference from her pictures below. The first two aren’t bad, but the one from “Tekken”? That’s just gorgeous abs there, folks. Not too much, not too little — just about right.

There’s nothing about Alecia Moore aka singer Pink that one of those laser tattoo removal doohickey wouldn’t fix. I have nothing against tattoos, but sometimes the ink just ruins an already perfect canvas. Pink has a great body, and some nice abs to boot, but man, those tattoos, wow, ugly. Anyways, here are a couple more examples of why Pink is more than her tattoos, and why all you guys out there should avoid ink like the plague. Unless, of course, you plan to go into hip-hop, in which case tattoos will probably help.

Being a mixed martial arts fighter, Gina Carano basically has to keep those abs in shape, which is good for us, because she’s on the cover and inside the pages of ESPN’s The Body issue, where a lot of athletes show off their perfect bodies. One of the more perfect ones is Gina Carano, who is making a name for herself in the movies nowadays. Heck, she’s even going to star in her own A-list Hollywood movie soon. Don’t forget to show off those abs on the big screen, Gina!

When you think hot Hollywood abs, you think … Jenna Fischer? That frumpy chick from “The Office”? Yup, that’s her, and she’s looking mighty good. We’re not talking world-class abs or anything, but you gotta admit, you didn’t think she had this in her, right? I sure didn’t. Here she is in a bikini on the cover of Shape magazine. I’ll swap the pic with something better/bigger when it becomes available. Until then, admit it, you’ll never watch “The Office” the same way ever again.

Kate Hudson works out a lot. I don’t think anyone can say otherwise. The woman has one of the tightest body in all of Hollywood, and here are two more proof — Kate living the gym showing off some abs. Incredible, female abs at that. Really, wow, I don’t know who has a better overall body than Kate Hudson. Sure, there might be one or two, but you can’t deny that when it comes to tightness, Kate Hudson beats them all by a mile. Too bad she keeps making shitty romantic comedies, though. Oh well, you can’t win them all.

Can you believe that Julia Louis-Dreyfus is 48 years old? I’m not kidding you. She’s 48-years old. Every woman wishes they could look this good at 48. Hell, every woman wishes they could look this good at 28! Of course being rich and famous and the ability to hire personal trainers probably help, but you gotta have some kind of discipline to keep your body looking this good. Much props to the former Seinfeld star for still rocking the abs even in her late ’40s. Check her out on the cover of Shape Magazine. I would have liked to see the whole bikini shot, but hey, beggars can’t be choosers.

Now I don’t know if Brooke Hogan has breast implants (chances are — yeah, probably), but that doesn’t really matter. Take a look at that tummy. Okay, so maybe she could do with a few more crunches every morning, but let’s face it, it’s probably hard to get even that tone when your dad is Hulk Hogan, and your genes include those of a wrestler. She’s got muscles everywhere, and the abs aren’t bad, either. As I said, yeah, she could do with a little bit more tightening, but there’s absolutely nothing wrong with Brooke Hogan. Now if only she’ll stop trying to sing and act and just concentrate on being a bikini model…

If you were a fan of the female form, no doubt you were salivating like a dog whenever the TV show “Baywatch” came on the air. New, old, or reruns — does it matter? It’s hot girls running around the beach in a swimsuit. Okay, so it’s not a bikini that shows off the girls’ midriff and abs, but hot girls in swimsuits is still pretty awesome, let me tell you. Anyways, one of the girls from the show is Kelly Packard, who shows off some very nice middle section in these pictures. Haven’t seen her around all that much, although I would imagine it’s hard to find work after spending so much time running around in a swimsuit. I don’t know why, though, but that’s Hollywood for ya.
